Terms and Conditions
Customers who purchase an ITO luggage between February 10 to March 31, 2020 from ITO Official Stores are eligible to avail of the 100-Day Trial Offer (“Customer”).
The Promotion entitles each Customer a period of one hundred (100) calendar days (“Trial Period”) to use the luggage for its intended purpose.
The Customer will be allowed to return his/her purchased ITO luggage on or before Trial Period ends. See condition 7 for Return Process.
To be qualified for this Promotion, Customer must register on this link within 15 days of receiving their order.
Successfully registered Customer will receive confirmation email within the next business day from Customer Care - ITO Cases <care@itocases.asia> .
Email confirmation shall contain the exact start and end date of the Customer’s Trial Period.
To be eligible for return option, Customer should register through 100-DAY TRIAL Return Form on or before the end of the Trial Period indicated in their Promotion confirmation email.
The Customer’s Trial Period automatically expires when customer fails to submit the 100-DAY TRIAL Return Form by the end date indicated on his/her confirmation email.
Once Trial Period has expired, the luggage will still be covered by ITO’s 5 Year Limited Warranty.
Requirements for full refund: a) Completely filled out 100-DAY TRIAL RETURN FORM, and b) Return product in its original ITO Carton Box packaging, including:
Black accessories carton box
ITO Luggage Tag (applicable only on Pistachio, Ginkgo, and Almond models)
ITO Stickers (2 sets)
ITO Luggage Cover
Product Manual
Warranty Booklet

Customer shall be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Refund amount will be equivalent to the customer’s final paid price of the product.
ITO refunds will be made via bank transfer within 30 days after confirming full receipt of the luggage and related accessories, as listed in Condition 8.
Each Customer may only avail of this Promotion once. Only one (1) trial luggage per customer may be applied.
Orders made via installment payment method are not eligible for the 100 Day Trial.
ITO luggage received as a gift are not eligible for this promotion.
ITO Cases reserves the right to remove or cancel the trial at any time.
